Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der HS Aalen. Dort hat er eine Professur f\u00fcr Marketing und Statistik inne. Er studierte selbst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Dipl.-Ing., TU Berlin) und \u00c9tudes de Commerce (MSc, ESCP Paris). Nach seiner Promotion zum Thema industrielle Verhandlungen bei Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Klaus Backhaus (TU Berlin) arbeitete er als Top Management-Unternehmensberater bei Roland Berger. Im Anschluss hatte er die Juniorprofessur f\u00fcr unternehmensbezogenes Dienstleistungsmarketing an der FU Berlin inne (2009-2016).
